It will be sinful for me not to give Pamensky spa situated at Villa Paradiso hotel Hartebee****rt their much deserved 5 star world class service that they rendered to our family on 28/04/2023. We were received with genuine smiles by Karabo at reception, she was so warm that we found ourselves smiling to one another too. Another reception assistant offered our tasteful welcoming drinks and explained so well how the 90 minutes spa package works and how it is divided. Oh my gosh their massage ladies are real the******s , they like gave us mind body and soul massages. Smiling and talking to us with respect as we shared jokes with them , we all laughed together, no rush rush , customer care all the way. Thank you Lizzy and the other two ladies , you guys were excellent.

We also liked the pre-ordering of food it makes life much easier. The security at this place is the best, you get sent a remote gate code in advance. We are definitely coming back again.
