Unprofessional place ever

The most unprofessional beauty spa I have ever been , I was there yesterday seems like they booking more clients a day .. The receptionist lady very rude and unprofessional, the place is difficult to allocate when you call them they don’t pick up phone , even when you ask for location they don’t reply .. the place it’s a mess , using dirty towels the facility and the garden is not taken care of … I was so disappointed that I drove a long distance just for a disgrace … after hour waiting for food u need to remind the receptionist that my package includes this n that ..they don’t have sense of urgency .. I left the place not happy .. and what you see is not what you get pictures .. I think it’s a false adverti*****t
