Poor service and dirty place

If I had an option to select 0 star I would, The service we received doesn't even deserve the 1 star. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone else unless you just want to waist your special day and money. The owner is so unprofessional a lady called Pamela, inconsiderate. Pamela has the poor communication skills. We wer late for our session but called an hour early to report we late. She didn't bother taking our call or responding back to my massages and emails. When we got there they refused to give us the massage we came for because we wer late However we ordered food and had to wait for 2hours with no explanation or any offer of even water. Poor customer service.
