Poor customer service and false advertising

False advertising, I bought a deal online but they advertised the picnic inside a balloon after the purchase I was advised that that’s just for advert purposes and I was denied refund. No one calls and confirms your booking, you yourself must call and also search for pictures online to confirm how the setup is going to be. On the day of the service, no one is welcoming the guests or telling them where to go you must figure all things yourself and when you ask Karabo the reception lady gives you attitude, I wouldn’t normally bad mouth a fellow employee but Karabo knows how to ruin one’s day. The staff is not happy at all and us as the guest we can feel that energy. Search for other spas don’t go waste your money at Pamensky, the food was great and small but it took 100 years to make?
