Pamensky spa pathetic service

This has got to be the worse spa I have ever been to in my entire life! Bare in mind, I go for regular massages and always willing to explore new spa locations.

I purchased the half day massage and it was only 2 hours of a massage which was less than the 3 hour package.

The noise levels was pathetic. The more we complained about the noise levels the worse it got. Not only could we hear every single conversation from the rooms next door, the receptionist laughing her lungs out. So much for being in a relaxed environment!

I booked this package for an early birthday gift for my husband. I specifically chose this place to experience the outdoor nature environment. I therefore booked accommodation close by to the spa for convenience. This treatment spoilt our entire weekend and the food was a waste.

Please explain how we received a 2 hour massage from a half day package. I expect some sort of refund or credit because we did not book the 3 hour package.

We also did not receive scones as per the voucher.
