Pamensky Spa

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a Spa. Booked for the family a 3 hour pamper session. My daughters were taken to their room and we're forgotten about for 50 minutes. When the masseurs arrived they condensed a 2 hour session into 45 min and had the audacity to ask them why are they complaining as they felt my daughters had a massage. My daughters said it felt as if they had cream rubbed on them and no actual massaging done. The food was cold.
