Misleading

I purchased a half day spa package for 2 , before purchasing I went to see what the spa looks like ons Google and Facebook and it looked great. Much to my surprise when we got there the place looked nothing like the photos. So this is very misleading as it looks a lot better on the photos.

We were taken to a room where you need to undress and when you pass the door you can see into the room. As we laid down for the massages you can hear how loudly all the other clients are in the rooms next to us. We went out for the head, neck and shoulder massage, half way through other clients came to sit next to us and I got very uncomfortable as there is no privacy .

The robes we were given looked very old and had stains on them. The half day package was over in an hour and a half. We got dressed again and said we should take a seat our lunch that was included was on its way, the food was very tasteful but was the size of a starter.

At the end staff was not so friendly as when we got there.

The welcome and departure drinks were about a 50ml concentrate juice. But the massages was not that bad.
