Incredibly rude, abrasive, belligerent and very unprofessional conduct. Zero client centricity

Avoid this place like the plague. The owner, Pam or Pamensky Ditlhare has got zero people skills. I WhatsApped asking for clarity on a deal I had booked with Daddy's Deals to celebrate my wedding anniversary. She instantly became defensive, gaslighting me for seeking clarity in the most offensive, rude, abrasive and unprofessional tone. I highlighted to her that I wasn't happy with how she was responding to me, and it only served to amplify her attack further. She maintained that position throughout the conversation. At some point I was wondering if she was under the influence but then read other patron reviews and noted that many others had complained about similar behavior from the owner. Please go on the website and see how she responds to client complaints - same rude, abrasive and unprofessional tone. Needless to say, we will not be going there any more, and have informed Daddy’s Deals of the incident and have asked for a refund.
