Horrible/Awful /abhorrent experience

The most horrible , unprofessional service I have ever experienced. I made a booking for Saturday with a gift voucher I received as a present. My booking was confirmed, I got delayed and asked the owner to reschedule which she agreed and told me I will need to pay R250.00 . I agreed, to my surprise later after confirming reschedule she tells me my voucher has expired. If that was the case, how did the first booking get confirmed? I tried to speak to her politely but she was rude. Don't waste you hard earned money supporting this business.
