A horrible spa experience

Guys, are you sure this place is a spa?? There was nothing calming about it, instead it really gave me anxiety. 1. We booked for 2:30pm we only attended to at 3:45pm, they said it’s due to loadshedding, okay. 2. While waiting for our treatments we were told to help ourselves to welcome drinks & some snacks. The table had no drinks though when they eventually bought the drinks the water for the tea was also cold. 3. The change room; we couldn’t lock it from the inside it doesn’t help that it is as good as see-through so it was extremely uncomfortable changing there. 4. My gown had holes. Yep, they gave me a gown with holes. I couldn’t go on & on but WOW I ended up laughing because I couldn’t believe how bad it was.
