Bakkie/Vehicle ****

I seen a Isuzu bakkie online for 22,500 from Newcastle so I called the person by the name of Pamela Jacobs.She told me she was desperate to sell Bcoz she needed to open her church which was closed due to covid.Told me she was praying for a little girl in Cape town and will be back in a week.Called me up the next day and said unfortunately she had to sell the vehicle to another gentleman who has agreed to put up a 1500 deposit so I said okay no problem.I then messaged her on whatsapp to ask if I put a 500 deposit will she keep it for me and she agreed and I transferred money immediately as I really wanted this bakkie.The following morning she calls me and says she don't know how to tell me this but she has to return my 500 and give the vehicle to the other guy who was giving the 1500 deposit coz apparently the kid she was praying for has cancer in the blood and they all are contributing 1500 each for hospital costs etc...coz the family is poor.It seemed so legit and the fact that she mentioned she was a Pastor I also thought about the child that was ill.I decided to transfer another 1000 so she would have her 1500 and the bakkie would be mine.2 days later she says the little girl had past on and the funeral is in a weeks time so there will be and extra week for me to wait for the bakkie and I agreed.I was supposed to collect bakkie yesterday and I cannot get a hold of her it goes straight to voicemail.I was ****med and I think she's using the same tactics in ******** a lot of people so I decided to let you innocent people know.Stay away from any online purchases etc...She even sent me a pic of her bank card.She goes under P.Govender and banks with African Bank
