Worst renting experience ever!!!!!

Worst renting agency!!!! We signed a contract for a fully furnished apartment. On our first appointment we saw that there were more stuff missing than what are on the inventory. On moving in nothing has been replaced that ware missing or not working. Today, 2 weeks later we still have not received any joy. We can not iron clothes, tumble dryer is not working, not TV remote and excuse is the whole time the same - we struggle to get the owner to work with us.
