Worst managing agent in South Africa

Pam Golding is one of the worst companies to trust your property with! Pam Golding has been the managing agent on my property for less than a year and has been unable to recover utilities bills from the tenant, the repeatedly pay the levies late with no utilities payments to the municipality, the only account that seems to be paid up to date is their own managing fee (surprise surprise). I now have debt with Ekhuruleni of 65k. I have been raising issues about my account payments since February when I first noted these issues, to no resolve, they only come back with promises about getting the accounts up to date but it never happens. Emails don't get responded to efficiently (if ever), their promises are empty and you will end up doing more follow up, nagging and account reconciliations as the owner than the managing agent. Everything gets blamed on head office but nobody wants you to get in contact with head office to get matters sorted out. I have had two different portfolio administrators on my accounts and neither seem to be up to the task of performing proper reconciliations, billing expenses to the tenants and ensuring timely payments of accounts. I never thought that an international name such as Pam Golding would deliver service equivalent to the municipality.
