Worst I ever dealt with!

I wish I did my research before renting through Pam Golding. So many negative reviews and Pam Golding do not even bother to respond. This was the first and LAST time I rent from Pam Golding ever again! I did everything right from my side....with PROOF but now the agent deducts from my deposit things that are, according to law, the landlord's responsibility! Then she sends me a whatsapp asking for my banking details to pay over the remainder. Do you think I am stupid?!!! Trying to pull a stunt like that. Pam Golding will most definitely NOT be my choice of agents when I decide to sell some of my property or buy any.
