Worst agency

Agent Rudi Kruger gave us the worst service and run around.

Got our own pre-approval from a bond originator that we trust and from there it was all down hill.

After sending the agent our pre approval for the property he never got back to us at all, I had to keep asking what is happening. This morning he said that the property was sold someone else yesterday, after enquiring as to how as I have send the approval on Tuesday the story changed and he sold it over the weekend already not yesterday as in his previous mail.

You would think that such a big agency has got proper agents with good ethics...
