Very disappointed with Pam Golding

I recently contacted a Pam Gllding agent in the southern suburbs...I was absolutely shocked by her lack if professionalism and her extreme rudeness.And I am still waiting for a reply as to whether a property is still available.Will NEVER approach a Pam Golding agent again..Sorry to all the good agents out there.
