Very Bad Service by Pam Golding in Fourways!!

<p>Out of all other agents i went for PG when i was looking for a tenant for my property.I payed up almost R34k for commissions in finding the tenant and about R1.5k pm for their admin for them to run the business for me and for them very smooth. After several recommendations from friends, colleagues and acquantances. The worst tenant they got for me who even vacated the house 4 months before end of tenancy and after several months of late payments that have cost and inconvenienced me so much to a point that i am now in debts. As i had to used my own money to do repairs in my house, payed almost R6k of outstanding electricity, Rates of about R5k, The arrogance and complaicency from staff members has been very disappointing. It's now 2 months, no cent has been payed even when i asked them to pay me from the commissions i gave them. Anyone with a solution to this appalling service?? </p>
