Very bad service but greedy for commission

Terrible Service. No updates from the agent. I had to keep running after him for updates. The agent did not care about us getting our dream home. His only interests was filling his pockets. The house was advertised for R***. We offered R***. Offer not accepted. Offered R***. Not accepted again. Offered R***. Accepted. When the OTP documents were sent to the bank we noticed that the seller had already accepted R*** for the house and the agent was just pushing to increase his commission. It's understandable that the agent needs his commission, but does that mean that he should also push for the maximum? Once the house registered on our name, we received a whatsapp message from him stating :"The house has registered on Friday, Thanks Johann". Haven't heard from him since then.
