Utterly disappointing and wouldn't recommend.

Utterly disappointed.

I am so disappointed at the lack of service I've received from Pam Golding PMB. My tenants moved out in August without paying rent, no one from PG bothered to do an exit inspection, follow up with the tenants or any such.

I had to call PG repeatedly for them to pay me out the deposit - it took more than a month for them to action even that and I always had to initiate the calls or emails.

The tenants left without paying 3 month's worth of utilities and August rent and I had to phone the tenants myself as PG wasn't the least bit interested.

I am left with a ridiculous bill and PG hasn't even given me feedback despite leaving message and making inquiries.

Utterly disappointed from such a supposedly good company. Pathetic
