Unsatisfied

Worst service from such a well known company. I asked for a property to be evaluated. Waited a week for the report after how many phone calls got an incomplete report and not signed when I questioned the agent Hannetjie at Malmesbury branch and asked for a more detailed report and waited another week for a response and this is her feedback. And I quote " they discussed it and its not there area that they cover and I am free to contact a different agent". How pathetic. After 2 weeks.Or is this a racial ?
