Unprofessional Pam Golding agent

We are very disappointed in the property agent who we have dealt with at the Pam Golding Boksburg branch. The agents name is Eddie.

We were told our viewing to look at a property for sale was between 15h00 and 16h00 today the 9th January. We were however not told that it will be an open viewing with 5 other family's. With no Covid protocals being followed except for his daughter that I think and would hope gave us sanitizer.

Futher more the agent only greated my self, neither my girlfriend nor my father or mother. He just went on to the second family to speak to them about a different property. Once the gate was opened for us he rushed us through the house and did not even spend a second with us after showing it to us so that we could gather more info. He only rushed to the next family as all other family's where now standing in the yard of the property. The questions we however did ask during the walk through of the house he could also not answer .

Regarding the listing, the house showed on the listing and the house viewed could have been two different properties. Thus giving us a false hope of what we where hopeing to see and potentially invest in.

Due to this horrible experience from an agent and the difference between what was listed and what was shown, would make me not deal with Pam Golding in the future.
