Unfair lodgement on TPN

I would like to know why I appear as a bad payer listed on TPN by Pam Golding during early 2021. I rented a place in Richards Bay where the Owner would not repair the Jacuzzi, swimming pool, airconditioners (not working), Replaced a roof with sheeting where my Mother lived and was nearly electricuted with the whole flat was under water when it rained. I was told I can move because the Owner ran out of money and have all the correspondence. In fact one of the agents said it was unacceptable then they sent another agent. Now I appear on TPN which places me in a bad light.
