Pam Golding sold me a flat with parking rights , listed as trusth in Offer To Purchase document, in Stellenbosch in 2014. Based on the OTP and information , I purchased property and parking. Pam Golding earned commission on it. Suddenly, the Body Corporate indicated that I dis not have any parking. Pam Golding absolved themselves from ANY responsibility to ensure information re parking as losted on OTP to be true. IMAGINE THAT, earning commission on falsehood. It seems PG is more interested in commissions than the truth. Prospective buyers- be wary if you buy property with parking rights and check truth and validity, Pam Golding is not going to do it for you.
