Totally dissapointed!!!!!

Currently we are looking to rent a property in the alberton area, we currently have less than a month to find a place so we are looking urgently. After contacting Tristan vermaak ( ********** 904) we scheduled 2 viewings of places tonight with him as he promises to call us at 18:00. After all of us (family of 6) rushing home from work tonight we heard nothing from him and decided to call at 18:30 and of course he didn't answer.... it's 19:15 now and we are still waiting..... if we are looking to rent are we not good enough as someone wanting to buy property? I find he's service absolutely pathetic, is there another agent that can help us with the same properties as we REFUSE to carry on with Tristans useless promises and service. For reference sake he was dealing with my stepfather James ( ********** 521) who he now refuses to answer calls from
