The House Sale From Hell

<p>I appointed Pam Golding Mitchells Plain to sell my home in Strandfontein which in my opinion was the biggest mistake of my life. Although i had a signed Offer to Purchase at the end of October 2016 the final registration only happened on the 11/04/2017. During this time there was absolutely no follow up communication from Pam Golding. This means that I paid them R82k for the Offer To Purchase document, putting the propery on their website and 2 for sale signs that I had to put up. It took VTC 6 months to do the tranfer of the property which is unheard of in the sale of a resential property. Throughout this ordeal communication from Pam Golding and VTC was virtually non existant unless it was initiated by me. To have such a harrowing experience at the hands of such a well known company is scary. What is even more thought provoking is that i complained to Pam Golding Corporate and they did absolutely nothing.</p>
