Terrible service, lazy, unresponsive, unhelpful

0/10 would not recommend. The agent never conducted property inspections, frequently "forgot" to add water and electricity usage to tenants' invoices, never followed up or did anything about late payments, and basically allowed tenants to treat the property like ****.
