Terrible service from Pam Golding Properties Western Seaboard

<p>Herewith I would like to lodge a complaint on Debbie and Ronette from your Sunningdale branch.</p> <p>Last year in April I was asked to go and repair a job that was done by a contractor at 67 Warwick road. The job was to fit a new ceiling and to replace a washing basin that was broken by this contractor.</p> <p>The ceiling was done without any issues and I was paid in full for it.</p> <p>I was told to collect the basin that needed replacement from your offices which I did. At arrival at the site I saw that the basin supp**** to me will not work due to it being a wall mount and a cupboard mount is needed. I Called Debbie for advice on what to do and she told me to swop it for the right unit and invoice AGS Maintenance due to the broken basin and wrong basin supp**** as it was their responsibility.</p> <p>As we needed a deposit to exchange the basin, Invoice 275 was sent to ********** with no reply. I followed up various times on payment of deposit via phone and email to which I got no response from either Debbie nor AGS maintenance. I also tried to make arrangements with Debbie to return the basin but got no solid return.</p> <p>All communications stopped with Debbie and Ronnete, and I didn't hear from them since. Last weak I received a call from Ronette saying that they want the basin followed by 2 emails from Debbie. I rep**** that I do not have the basin anymore because it was taking up space and I didn't get any response from them previously.</p> <p>Today I got a threatening call from Albert from AGS saying that the basin was ****** and that he is going to report it.</p> <p>So far I haven't received any money for collecting the basin, going to the clients house just to find out that it was wrong (this is all time consuming and and related to time that is to be invoiced).</p> <p>I have not received any money for storage of goods in my space which can also be invoiced under my business.</p> <p>I have made every attempt to resolve this earlier but got no response from anybody.</p> <p>Please note that all mails and text communications are saved.</p> <p>I am fully prepared to replace the basin if storage and labor are paid in fully.</p> <p>I am not looking for compensation but would like to get rid of aggravation and threats.</p>
