Terrible service and support from Pam Golding Alberton

Pam Golding has been managing my home in Meyersdal for just over a year. At first, everything went well until my rental agent left the company.

My account was handed over to the rentals manager, who in my opinion is not fit enough for that title. Since she has taken over, I have had a maintenance person contacting me to ask if she can put the house on the market, the relationship with my current tenants has gone to hell, and I get absolutely no assistance from Pam Golding.

The information I receive from Pam Golding is totally contradictory to the truth.

I am now sitting with a tenant that is holding my house ransom and wont allow any possible tenants or buyers in to view the property and Pam Golding accepts no responsibility and does absolutely nothing to assist in the matter - all while claiming management fees from me monthly.

My situation actually went to the rental tribunal, and the mediator leaned towards favoring the tenant as the evidence provided pushed the case that way.

This is one of the worst estate agents currently servicing South Africa at the moment, and if I were Pam or Andrew Golding I would be ashamed to have my name splattered through feces like this!

I dont recommend Pam Golding to anyone, ever.
