Tennant allowed to rent house without deposit

My house in Waterkloof was let out by Pam Golding . The tennant left the house over night without paying rent for June , and outstanding water/ lights for R 13,000. On enquiry to Pam Golding re deposit held , i was told via my attorney , that they never recieved the said deposit of R 30,000 plus R5000 utility deposit .The tennant moved in during August 2014 , and rental was a problem every month . I paid the outstanding bills , appointed a lawyer and asked a managing company to repair damages and clean the property . I also contacted Pam Golding Head Office in Cape Town , and was promised an e mail response by their Gen Man - no response .<br> <br> If you read their Mission Statement it would seem this is impossible to happen ! I have hundreds of e mails to PGP Management and staff , with no response .
