Slander Of Name

We tried to rent a house thru Pam Golding Boksburg, fulled in all application forms that was asked provided documents to them to do a application check. The next day we where told that my husband had something on his name, I said yes i know and i have proof that we are paying it of, they also said that we would not be able to afford the house, I said ok thanks and that was the end of the story with them. Then a different agency that also has this house on the market told me that I must send them the documents, I did that and she said all is fine and we started a lease contract, the owner just needs to approve it and meet us all was still approved until we got a call last night informing us that PAM GOLDING slandered our name at the owner, how can you do that! My thing is after we where told the owner is happy with our application I told my current landlord we moving on the 5th December, now I do not have a home to stay in and have to move to be out on the 5th December. i will not leave it here i will go to all social media and state my side. I will be seeing my lawyer today to open a case of name slander against PAM Golding, in this I will ensure that they will pay for all cost.
