Shocking service from Joy Chiang Pam Golding

I have had shocking service and been given complete run around from Joy Chiang of Pam Golding:<br> 1. signed rental agreement to take occupation July 2014, was informed occupation would only be Aug 2014<br> 2. Come 1 August, could not move in - owner had not yet vacated premises, had to postpone move.<br> 3. No inspection report was done/signed on occupation<br> 4. Gave over 1 months notice after lease had expired, and made arrangements to hand over keys, Joy said she would be with me in 15min, was left waiting in an empty house for over 2 hours for Joy arrive and could not get hold of her.<br> 5. No final inspection report was done on vacating premises as there was never one to start with.<br> 6. Constantly had to chase Joy for refund of deposit - she declined claiming I must pay to R2500 then R6500 to repair picture holes. I agreed to pay for holes I had made, but not for those that were originally there. An amount was then agreed to.<br> 7. Vacated premises on 26 Feb 2015 - numerous emails and follow ups with Joy, to date no refund of deposit and no final utility bill.<br> 8.
