Sectional Titles not Treated Equally

We live in the Mandela Rhodes Place which has Pam Golding Properties as the managing agent.

There is severe damp in our apartment which we own. For three years we have tried to get Pam Golding to take responsibility for what is a Managing Agent issue. Most of the time they ignore all emails and phone calls or they refer us to the building manager who has no authority to allocate the necessary funds.

Our largest asset continues to deteriorate. The damp does not affect public spaces or Pam Golding offices and thus they will not repair it.

Over the years many contractors have come to inspect and quote and still Pam Golding have not allocated the work.

Pam Golding do not perform their mandate to manage the building openly or with integrity. They do not treat all sectional title owners equally and they do not have any regard for maintaining the beautiful Heritage building.

This is a business to be avoided. Rather engage with a managing agent with integrity.
