Ruined property renting through PG & poor service

Having rented my property for several years through Pam Golding at a minimal rent - I believe that they undervalued my property. No inspections were carried out, despite promising annual inspections, ruining the garden and allowing the tenantsl to install a bar and jacuzzi in my garage *******ly. <br> <br> Having sold the property via another agency, having got a very low estimate for my property from Pam Golding as well as an exorbitant commission, works that I had agreed to have done before the sale of the property - have still not been done. <br> They are now risking the sale of my property because they have not completed the work they agreed to do. <br> I agreed to rent my property despite their high commission because I thought I could trust their good name. Clearly this is not true.
