Reputable property management company Pam Golding offering pathetic service

I appointed Pam Golding in 2014 to manage my property on my behalf. The are only good when the tenant is paying on time, when my tenant started defaulting on the rental payment around September 2016 it has been a complete struggle. The internal process in enforcing that the tenant paid failed completely. I have escalated the issue to the Regional Branch manager that intervention also didn't help much. The estate agent responsible was not even doing the property inspections as per the lease agreement in order to manage the wear and tear of the property. I honestly don't see the benefit of having a property management company. Eventually followed the legal process and got my lawyer to assist in getting the eviction order and getting the Sherriff of the court to evict the tenant. The hurdle that is remaining is to get Pam Golding to conduct the exit inspection no one bothers to reply to emails. I was left with no choice but to use this platform. Phuti Manenzhe
