Renting out accomodation that is not inhabitable or healthy to live in

I moved into a propery in Richardsbay in Koosboom Street on 01July 2021 leased by Pam Golding. O only moved into my place after 2pm because the necessary work regarding moving the previous tenant had not been done so I had to wait. Even the manager that eas called said in the call that "I must choose to move into a dirty house or wait for the outgoing tenants to clean the property because there's nothing they as an agency can do". The state of the propery is deplorable. Because the cleaning work was not ensured by the agency in time I was stuck in a dirty property with a truckload of things from another province. The propery appears to have not been cleaned for atleast a year, never mind the propery damages that were hidden from sight during the initial viewing. Three days later I have still not received any communication regarding when this propery is going to be cleaned and repaired. It's not in a habitable state and I live with a child. The word "Bad service" is an understatement for that I've experienced thus far! I wish I could attach photos as proof of all of this
