Renting at pam golding and we've been without power and water for over 3 days

We are paying tendants of pam golding and have been without power or water for over 3 days we lost everything in our freezer.. And all because they didnt make the proper arrangements with eskom.. Its unacceptable for the tenants to sufer and loose everything because they didn't do there work properly
