Rental Agent- Sello Mosidi

SELLO MOSIDI, rental agent has absolutely no regard for customer service. He misrepresented the landlord to the tenant and the when called to account could not respond professionally. But insisted that it was not his fault that I interpreted his email they way I had, (even though the message was clear). He further that asserted Pam goldings is not a retail store hence the tone and manner in which he addressed me showed that they do not need to be concerned about customer care. I am thoroughly disappointed at the lack of professionalism I have experienced from him.
