Property Valuation

On 21 September 2015 a lady by the name of Lorraine called me on my cellphone asking to do a property valuation of my house. What suprised me is that my house is not for sale. She insisted on coming to do a valuation because she said she had a customer who was looking to buy a property in my street therefore she was going on a door to every house in my street valuating each property there. This sounded very suspicious to me and I told her thaty house is not for sale but she still wanted to come and value it saying that she wanted to come up with the actual price for the house that she is selling. I know that one property can only be valuated upon request when it's being sold and it's not for the property company to just request a valuation without me requesting for it.. I suspect that she has been sent by someone to do this as this whole issue is very suspicious. It's also an invasion of privacy to me and very *********. <br> <br>
