Poor Service Pamgolding

I had such a bad experience with Pam Golding Ramsgate. I have used them to get tenants for our property what they did last year May. The tenants paid for the first few months the all of a sudden they only pay partial rent one month, every day I contact the renting agent and every time the same answer shame just get time the guy is struggling and waiting for money I must feel sorry for the poor tenants. Then the tenants pay then November and December they did not pay. In November I went down to speak the manager at the Port Shepstone branch and will contact the agent and every time the same story the guy will pay, and nothing. Then I asked them to take action against the tenant what they did, but dit not follows the correct procedure as stipulated in the contract, then, it became my problem. I went to a lawyer and he told me that they did not follow the correct procedure as I told Pam Golding so many times. Then I hired a laywer. the deposit was paid into the lawyer's account but after they have deducted their commission for doing absolutely nothing to get the tenant out. My question why do you get estate agents to rent out your property just for them to collect the commission and when there's an issue just try and they through there hands in the air and it becomes the owner's problem. Then the cherry on the cake the rental agent told me to have a hart, for people to stay for free on your property. I have canceled the contract through a lawyer I got them out but the sad thing is I am still waiting for my outstanding rent. I feel that the Estate Agents should make sure that the tenants do qualify and there should be something to protect the owner as well if they do not get rent. I have even call the head office just as bad.
