Poor service Pam Golding Amanzimtoti

I rented a property with Pam Golding Amanzimtoti in December. I moved my stuff into the premises on the 13th of January and I was suppose to move in ,on the 14th of January with my remaining household items.The rent had been paid for the end of December and January in full. When I arrived on the morning of the 14th I found the place I rented with Pam Golding Amanzimtoti had been broken into (this was a fully gated and secure complex )in the Amanzimtoti area ,most of my families belongings were ******(brand new Ps5 in the box,over 50 pairs of branded sneakers,laptop,AMC pots,jewellery,clothing,household appliances just to name a few.I contacted the agent immediately and told her of the ordeal that had taken place, I was shocked because when she handed the key to us the windows were open and it seemed like a fairly safe place that’s why I intended to move their with my kids .She told me it was partially my fault because I didn’t move into the place immediately and she also made mention that the alarm system was suppose to be activated,which there was no alarm system in the house.She refused to give me back my deposit or the remaining of the rent for the month of January which was paid in full. When the police wanted to take fingerprints she told me that it had to be done in 24 hours,mind you this was not my job and she should’ve told the police to do their job better,she demanded the keys from me even tho I had paid rent for the month of January and I moved my stuff out immediately the same day of the incident.she told me the owner needed the keys to fix the place and I should drop of the keys at her office ,when I reached the office she told me to leave it at reception as she was not there,what kind of agent does this,where is her compassion?besides the money these people have terrible service and pathetic attitudes,they did not bother to check up on any investigations and seemed like they were happy I was not going to leave there,i believe I may have been a victim of hate crime,when the people from around me saw the condition that the house was left in they assured me they would try and get camera footage etc,because if it happened to me then surely they should be worried about their safety and belongings. The agent made it seem like I had planned all of this for insurance money,I didn’t even have household contents insurance.Once I left the complex I made multiple calls to check up on investigations and camera footage and all they told me was that area was a blind spot and they couldn’t see anything,the neighbours didn’t hear anything and with that much stuff ****** surely they didn’t get off on foot. Very poor service from the Amanzimtoti Pam Golding branch,I was looking to buy houses with Pam Golding after the service and how they handled the whole ordeal I will never support them or recommend their services to anyone. We didn’t get to sleep a day in that house and R42 000 down the drain and not even an apology.
