Poor Service from Pamgolding Umhlanga

We purchased a property in Umhlanga, Both the sales men Les Lynch and Trevor Leonard had communicated with us almost twice and three times a day . They also undertook to do some repairs to the property because accordingly to them the owner was not going to do the work. Once the sale had gone through, they did not bother to communicate with us and today the work is not done . Furthermore we reached out to the principal of their branch Gareth Bailey and have not had a courtesy of a response. Today the transfer had gone through and they don’t have the keys to give us nor sent photos of their repairs We have purchased and sold properties and used Pamgolding in Cape Town , and had excellent service . Suggest the three of them go for training to the Cape Town office .
