Poor Service from Pam Golding Properties

I'm extremely disappointed in the level of service received from Pam Golding Properties Kuils River. As a tenant, I was treated poorly by Agent Adriana Mattheys despite notifying her of my retrenchment from employment. Unfortunately, a new agent joined the group a week later, and it seems no proper handover was done between them, which is not my fault.

After not receiving a salary by the end of August, I couldn't make payment. Agent Mattheys then called me, demanding payment. After I failed to pay, I received a letter of demand. In September, I received an email stating my lease agreement was cancelled, requiring me to vacate by 11-10-2024, despite telling Agent Mattheys my account wasn't even 90 days in arrears.

Now that I can pay my rent and some extra towards the balance, it's still not good enough. Adriana Mattheys' communication has been unacceptable, and I'm disgusted by the level of service from Pam Golding Group, who treats people inhumanely
