Poor Service from Agents.

The Agency's Agents portray themselves as professionals but they are far from that. I initially dealt with Thuli Moerane from the Boksburg branch who was helpful. The problem began when she needed to go on sick leave. The hand over she did to Khanyisa Seema was seemingly horrific. Firstly I had to call Khanyisa who said to me she could not get hold of me because Thuli gave her the wrong telephone numbers and she has been trying to call me(which I think is a lie) therefore missed a sale because I was somehow unreachable. Khanyisa then brought a client which had another agent to come view our property, this was some time in June. After the client viewing, Khanyisa told me she needed to see me again because I had to sign a sole mandate which I refused because I did not want to bind myself to Pam Golding because their services have not been satisfactory. I mentioned that I am thinking of finding another agent because they have been failing me. After that conversation I heard nothing from Khanyisa. Today (14.07.2023) I decided to contact Khanyisa to find out how things have been going, she told me she will not be assisting me anymore because of the last conversation we had. They decided to take my house off the market without consulting with me or saying anything to me. Just because I refused to sign a sole mandate and I mentioned that I might find another agent, she took it upon herself to cancel everything without even saying a word to me. I am not sure if this is unprofessional or she just took advantage because it is me. The main reason I chose to deal with Pam Golding is because it is a big company and I expected them to be 100% professional but I was wrong. I am extremely disappointed to say the least.
