Poor management and communication

Probably the worst experience i have ever had with a rental property through pam golding. In inspection was done with a the agent all the errors was listed but never repaired now 4 years later the listed errors have became worst due to water damage leaks cracked seelings and the list goes on. In the 4 years there was only 1 contract given for 12 month's and only 1 inspection done when we moved in no yearly inspections, i moved out on the 28th march 2023 went to municipality too close the account and sent pam golding the letter of the municipality it is today 16th of may 2023 i have not seen a quote of repairs to be done its going for two months not getting my deposito back they really have a lack of communication and skills set to customer's if you want to lose you're money do business with pam golding. I want to make it clear i have all the facts and everything on black and white what i havz e stated here.
