Poor Customer Service & Unprofessional Behavior

I have been renting out my property through Pam Golding Properties for the last year now. The current situation (as of March 10th, 2016) is that the lease agreement has expired and the current tenant has decided to leave.<br> <br> my general opinion of Pam Golding is as follows... they are ****. Seriously, I would prefer not to swear on a public space but that is how much I dislike them at the moment.<br> <br> I'll try &amp; summarize the issues I have had with Pam Golding:<br> 1. Lease agreement stated Pam Golding would pay my Rates &amp; Taxes as well as Levies on the expected & due dates... they were erratic in the payment dates & I was continuously harassed by the authorities for payments<br> 2. When I requested maintenance work from Pam Golding as a matter of urgency, they took their SWEET time (over 7 months) & after they finished the job, they didn't even inform me that they had finished & I found out they didn't even do it properly<br> 3. When I queried them about missing funds / erroneous charges against me & asked for an explanation, no one responded & when I escalated, their superior did nothing either<br> 4. The lease agreement expired and Pam Golding did nothing about it<br> <br> In short:<br> Pam Golding sucks!
