Poor admin and ********* standards

Not even worth 1 star. Have steered clear of them since 2 years ago as a rental agent, after they hounded us to pay over the top utilities bills during our lease without getting to the bottom of the unusual high bills. When it came time to the end of our lease they withheld our deposit and further demanded thousands of rands extra for "additional " billed utilities by the municipality when it turned out that it was in fact a credit from the municipality due to us, based on actual readings rather than the estimates we had already paid for... we were then expected to wait until the end of the next month for our refund for the next rental payment from the NEW tenant as there were no funds available from the landlord to reimburse us!! PG failed in reconciling the account correctly and their admin is of the utmost poor standards available. STAY AWAY at all costs!!
