I have recently bought a home from them worked through an agent Willem de Klerk which I will not prefer to anyone you must never buy a house from Jeffreys Bay Pam Golding they did absolutely NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As a first home buyer I was not aware to look out for *****elent people and ****s and therefore purchased a home with latent defects and fixed fixtures which is not working they are absolutely ignoring my requests and are telling me that it not their problem and everything is our responsibility. This agent could not even give us a handshake after the sale gone through in a miracalous time of 5 weeks until transfer were process and they received a enourmous R50000 in their pocket. I want the world to know to never ever buy a house or erf from Jeffreys Bay Pam Golding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
