PG will miss-manage property, without water

Pam Golding manages the property and sends us a monthly statement that included Rent plus COJ. We have paid in full every month, but Pam Golding managed to mess this up, we have now been without water for 5 days and counting. This issue has been poorly serviced. and now they want us to pay over to COJ R17 000 on their first calculation because COJ said we did not pay. Pam Golding is supposed to manage this and sent us our monthly tenant statement which we paid full. Through their gross miss-management we are now without water. I have sent them numerous emails and the problem is not yet resolved with their latest email telling me to pay COJ direct. Do not use Pam Golding to manage your property as the simple billing of rent and water that you pay over to Pam Golding will be miss managed and might end up costing you a lot of money. I am seriously disappointed with their whole approach to settle a problem that arose from their miss management.
