Payment delay

I use PGP for my rentals and I'm super happy with my Northcliff agent. However, when payment is due , the Capetown office is forever stalling. This time all the paperwork was submitted well in time (around 25th September ) they had to be nagged again and again and I finally received payment on 6th of October. - For a landlord this is a deal-breaker PAM GOLDING ,you are a big company and a household name. Shame on you for being so unprofessional with your payments. I have this issue every time and I give you a lot of business. This is not on !!
