The agent did not finalize potential tenants I had arranged that were ready to move in, instead used some of the potential tenants for his other flats My appliances went missing while the flat was in their custody Pam Golding has not even tried to investigate my appliances going missing, or tried to reprimand their employee They have been very unprofessional in their responses and seem not to care about me as a client and being accountable
